We found this hotel around 3am after landed in Bali due to the hotel that we booked through "booking.com", the house owner didn't prepare two rooms for us and there is only one room for four of us. The necessities that they mentioned in the room are not there. Our driver decided to bring us to look for another stay since the condition is not really good although that time is already around 1 am. We are really thankful for Ade, our driver to drive us around Seminyak to Jimbaran just to find a stay for us on that night. We have found around 10 hotels and called at least 10 hotels and all of them are fully booked! We were about to explode at that time and finally, we found VIDI BOUTIQUE BALI at 3 am!!

RM 79.84/ per pax/ per night

: It had exceeded our budget for 4D3N's stay but we are still very lucky that we got to find them in that midnight.

The second stay we found is POP HOTEL NUSA DUA for our second and third night in Bali and this is where we faced earthquake for the first time! Four of us were discussing on the budget stuff on the same bed and wondering why the orange juice beside the bed is so shaky. and we guessed it might be an earthquake! The time we opened the door is more terrifying as everybody is running down the stairs ... Ended up we decided to sleep in a room in case the earthquake happens again. We still thinking to cancel the schedule to Bromo and Yogyakarta. Luckily, the earthquake stopped.

RM 49.5/ per pax/ per night

Jimbaran beach and the famous Jimbaran Bay are on Bali's southwestern coast. The beach is part of the narrow isthmus connecting the Bali mainland and the Bukit Peninsula. The beach and the bay of Jimbaran offer small secluded areas. The tranquility and peace you can find here can be a perfect antidote to a stressful world.

We reached Jimbaran Bay around 12 pm which is the hottest time and we planned to go at night but our schedule got amended due to late check in to the hotel on our first night in Bali! Luckily the seafood at Jimbaran Bay saves us from the hotness! It's cheap and so so so delicious! Thank you for Jackson (Venn's friend for treating us!)

: Don't eat in the restaurants in Jimbaran Bay because their tax is 17%!!!

: Buy the seafood from the stalls, find the shop in the photos and ask them to cook for you!

Pura Luhur Uluwatu or Uluwatu Temple is a famous Balinese sea temple in Bali. It is one of the nine directional temples of Bali meant to protect it from evil spirits. This spectacular temple is one to marvel with as it perched at the edge of the rock overlooking the sea as if on guard. The temple ("Pura" in Balinese) is built at the edge ("Ulu") of a 70-meter high cliff or rock ("Watu") projecting into the sea.

We visited Uluwatu Temple around 4 pm after our lunch at Jimbaran Bay. The temple at that hour is quite crowded, luckily we still managed to grab a spot to take pictures. We were amazed by the breathtaking panoramic scene. Pura Luhur Uluwatu is definitely one of the top places on the island to go to for panoramic scene, with the direct views overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean.

: 30,000 IDR per entrance

: Beware of the Monkeys that will grab your belongings. According to our driver, some of the monkeys are trained to steal the belongings of tourists and then the monkeys' owner will ask for money in return for the belongings.

Initially, we didn't know that Rock Bar located in such luxurious beach resort, the Ayana Resort Bali until we approached their guard house, it looks like a palace's garden along the way from the guard house to the resort's entrance. Rock Bar Bali is respected as one of the most popular sunsets, cocktail and entertainment venues. Too bad that we didn't manage to visit the ones that Showcasing unparalleled views from 14 meters above the Indian Ocean as we went to another side of the Ayana Resort Bali as the picture shown below. We reach Ayana Resort around 5pom and we were just randomly strolling and taking photos in the resort while waiting for the sunset.

: No entrance fee is needed if you visit the left side of Ayana Resort.

This is where we want to go initially, which is the right side of Ayana Resort Bali.

Ended up, we went to left side of Ayana Resort Bali which is not a bad choice thou.
It was also featured by the glamorous sunset vibe.

Pura Lempuyang Luhur is locally referred as Lempuyang Temple is one of the Bali's oldest and it lies at 1,175m above sea level, upon the peak of the namesake Mount Lempuyang in East Bali. The heights are reachable via a steep staircase of over 1,700 steps, with attractions along the way including several other temples and hordes of grey long-tailed macaques that inhabit the surrounding cool mountain forests.

Visited Pura Lempuyang Luhur around 9am in the morning so we are unable to take the sunrise photo but the outcome of the picture at that time is quite good as the locals put an old film under the camera so it can reflect the sky. Creativity 100%!

: 40,000 IDR Transportation (Take lorry to reach the peak)

: 10,000 IDR Batik

: 5,000 IDR for 4 persons (Donation Fee for Locals to take the photo)

Tegalalang rice fields is a series of rice paddies located close to Ubud, in the center of Bali, famous for its terraced layout. Positioned in a valley the Tegalalang rice terraces offer extremely scenic lookouts over the rice fields and surrounding green landscape.

This is one of the famous tourist spots of Bali if you type BALI in your search engine which I do not recommend at all because it's unlike the pictures have shown online. I think there are few rice terraces in Bali which is further from the town area and it may more attractive than this. So if you are out of time and I think you may have to opt out this spot.

: 10,000 IDR per entrance

: Donation fee is needed if you want to go down and explore more which we didn't.

Tanah Lot Temple is one of Bali’s most important landmarks, famed for its unique offshore setting and sunset backdrops. An ancient Hindu shrine perched on top of an outcrop amidst constantly crashing waves; Tanah Lot Temple is simply among Bali’s not-to-be-missed icons. At high tide, waves flood the causeways making it impossible to cross. At low tide, you may cross to view the rock base where the legendary ‘guardian’ sea snakes dwell in crevices around the Tirta Pabersihan fountain. This natural spout is the source of holy water for all the temples in the area.

Pura Ulun Danu Beratan, or Pura Bratan, is a major Shaivite water temple on Bali, Indonesia. The temple complex is located on the shores of Lake Bratan in the mountains near Bedugul. Ulun Danu Beratan, literally ‘the source temple of Lake Beratan’, is easily the island’s most iconic sanctuary sharing the scenic qualities with the seaside temples of Uluwatu and Tanah Lot. The smooth reflective surface of the lake surrounding most of the temple’s base creates a unique floating impression, while the mountain range of the Bedugul region encircling the lake provides the temple with a scenic backdrop.

: 50,000 IDR per entrance

: Don't forget to bring along your jacket or scarf cos the temperature at this tourist spot is low and it is around 16°C along with the cold wind.
